Eight years. Forty-one states. One trailer, one truck, and a budget
Harold still says shouldn't work.

I'm Marlene Kopp — Marl to most people. We sold the house in Ohio
in 2018 after sitting down at the kitchen table and figuring out
that the mortgage and the taxes were eating the whole pension. We
bought a used 26-foot travel trailer and an old three-quarter-ton
pickup and we meant to try it for a year.

This channel is the part nobody films. What this actually costs,
month by month. What breaks, and what it costs to fix. Backing a
trailer without losing your temper. Where you can legally park and
where you'll get a knock on the window. What I do when Harold's
gone into town and I'm at a site by myself.

If you're trying to stretch a retirement further than it wants to
go, pull up a chair. I'll show you the numbers.
