​I’m Will, aka The Mexican in the Kitchen, and my life is basically split between two types of heat: the kitchen line and the stage lights. I work at Miss Lee's Bar and Grill right here in Tucson. When it's my turn to go up on stage, I don't trade the spatula for a microphone—I literally step right off the kitchen line, do my stand-up set, and jump right back to the grill.

​This channel is all about the hustle of balancing a demanding job, a marriage, and a dream. Huge shout out to my beautiful wife, Clara, who is the real MVP for supporting the madness and being the first audience for all my half-baked jokes.
