I'm Kirk, a former international paramedico. I spent years saving lives in disasters worldwide — until EUPD and bipolar disorder trapped me inside my own home. Housebound for 12 months. Never leaving without my wife beside me.

On 5th July 2025, I lost my sister Gemma. I never got to say I love you. My mental health stopped me visiting — and now it's too late.
