Tim Fletcher is the Co-Founder of Tim Fletcher Corporation, an educator, speaker and pioneer in Complex Trauma recovery. His work is rooted in one belief: healing happens in connection with safe people. As an addictions counsellor, Tim saw how deeply Complex Trauma drives addiction and coping patterns. He identified 85+ Characteristics of Complex Trauma and developed practical tools to help people understand their experiences.
Today, a growing team of educators and coaches carries his work forward through community, courses, and coaching. Our mission is to help people and organizations become havens where healing from Complex Trauma happens — one safe person, one relationship and one community at a time.
