Will Ray (HeyWillRay). How to build websites with AI, get clients, and run a web design business from nothing.
I taught myself to build websites with a felony and no degree. Kitchen table, after my kids went to sleep. That turned into an agency building sites for contractors and tradespeople.
Now AI does most of the work. It builds the sites, cuts the shorts, and runs the back office. What it doesn't do is get you a client. That part's still on you, and that's what this channel is about.
What to charge. Outreach that gets answered. The demo-first method I use to close local business owners. The AI setup that lets one guy run the whole thing. What to do with zero proof and zero clients.
If you're teaching yourself to build, freelancing, or chasing your first paying client, you're in the right place.
