I have ADHD, a medical condition that involves constantly overcoming obstacles. Over the years, I have refined techniques and strategies for working with, rather than against, my ADHD. In this channel I will share my creative approaches to overcoming challenges, doing meaningful work, and living a rich, fulfilling life.
