Bringing Real Heroes closer: RJ Jaya
She runs the Jai Hind show on Telugu One radio which revolves around the lives of the Unsung Heroes of the Indian Army / Farmers and Unsung Heroes of the Society. She brings war veterans on air, talking about what it was like to be on the front-line. There are programmes in which bomb blast survivors speak about splinters left in their bodies, living after losing a limb and fighting paralysis. Jaya Peesapaty has taken up an initiative to create awareness about the unsung heroes of the Indian army in Hong Kong. She is a Radio Jockey for a show called, ‘Jai Hind’ on Telugu One radio where she talks about Indian soldiers and martyrs. She is also a teacher in an International Preschool.
