I’m Paul Scotton, a British graphic designer who started his career in London in 1981 - long before Macs, Photoshop, the internet or AI.
I began on a drawing board designing record sleeves, later worked in California designing T-shirt graphics — including celebration shirts for the LA Dodgers’ 1988 World Series win - and then designed toy packaging. For the last 24 years I’ve lived in Spain as a freelance graphic designer.
Yep, I’m still here - a young 63 and still creating!
These days I’m experimenting with AI. I don’t use it to replace creativity; I use it as another tool, just as I did when design moved from drawing boards to Macs.
AI has also helped me explore coding and animation.

The technology changes. The creative ideas still come from me.
