This idea of initiating ICT club is started by the students of university of Rwanda, college of education by looking how ICT can be integrated in education to improve the quality education by challenging ourselves. In fact, technology is becoming a way of life. Internet is now a supporting tool in all fields; in medical, education, business, etc. It is not understandable how you can survive this era without using different ICT tools such as computers, phones. That’s why everything is being digitalized, we are becoming digital people in this generation sometime called dot com generation. To be smart person you must be smart in ICT you must be good at internet and other related tools. How can you be smart student while you are not good at internet?

To overcome barriers which hinder Education in the World especial in Rwanda society through creating awareness among students about how to use ICT in Education to solve those problems.
