I started this channel to follow my passion to help everyone in their health journey and maintain a healthy and disease-free lifestyle. My channel is relevant for every person including children, adolescents, adults, middle-aged, pregnant and elderly population (irrespective of gender). I believe this is a great platform to empower others & help them be their healthiest selves.
