Hello, I’m Jim Driver.
I live in the English seaside town of Ramsgate in Kent, about 70 miles south-east of London.

For over 50 years I’ve worked in the British music industry as a promoter, manager, agent, journalist and festival organiser, working with everyone from Wilko Johnson and Desmond Dekker to The Pretty Things, Captain Beefheart’s Magic Band and many more.

On this channel, you’ll find stories from the world of British Rock, Pub Rock, Punk, New Wave, Ska, and Mod culture, along with the people, places, and forgotten moments that helped shape modern music.
